The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department in several areas: recruitment, employee relations, wellness, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist employees with general HR questions in a timely, effective, and courteous manner including health insurance and 401K retirement plan.
- Support & maintain the recruiting process and onboarding of new employees.
- Process FMLA and COBRA documentation.
- Support the evaluation process and ensure all completed in a timely manner.
- Assists the Payroll Specialist with biweekly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Support the wellness program.
