We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Conway. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by managing various HR functions and supporting our workforce. Your expertise will help us maintain a productive and positive work environment. Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.

- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Facilitate employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries.

- Conduct performance evaluations and support talent management strategies.

- Collaborate on change management initiatives within the organization.

- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data.

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).

- Experience with talent acquisition and employee relations.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with benefits administration processes.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
