Spare Parts Pricing Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Spare Parts Pricing Manager at Siemens Energy, you will support our pricing team with critical pricing and quoting activities. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding, working closely with various departments to ensure proper execution of pricing strategies while ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects providing customer-specific price lists to meet customer requirements. Other key activities include Price Validation, Development, Pricing Alignment around PCC/Target Margins, Market Level Benchmarking, and Competitive Intel.

How You Make An Impact

Responsible for maintaining systematic pricing in SAP and Zilliant

- Lead special projects as needed, willingness to take on challenging tasks/projects and drive consistent parts vision of stellar customer service and continuous improvement

- Willingness to “own” special key projects within the compression organization; be it leading large scale proposals, new programs, initiatives, or focus to drive for continuous growth

- Create innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to help support client expectations and create a positive can-do work environment

- Handle pricing inquiries, including accurate PCC loading, pricing support, and margin targets to maintain overall business profitability.

- Ensure timely service of parts quotes and orders in line with regional and client needs, supporting the compression fleet and outage plans.

What You Bring

- Minimum of Associate Degree in Business Administration or related fields with 4+ years of sales, finance or related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination is helpful.

- Requires excellent communication (Oral and Written) and ability to multi-task

- Act as Key Facilitator to drive Troubleshooting and provide acceptable solutions to clients

- Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, & PowerPoint); Oracle/SAP, Zilliant, and SFDC is plus or willing to learn.

- Outstanding customer service skills and Lean problem-solving experience.

The base salary range for this position in Olean, New York is $77,200.00- $110,200 and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
