Mission 1:
Support the Sales and Customer Services teams by maintaining the Customer Accounts in SAP. This includes:
- New Customer account creation and setup in SAP.
- Maintain and update existing customer account details in SAP for all market segments.
- Ensure that Sales Managers and Customer Service Reps are correctly allocated to customer accounts.
- Ensure all customer forms for account creation or modification are up to date and maintained. This includes new customer forms, Imerys Terms and Conditions of sale, Credit application forms, etc.
Mission 2:
Create, update and maintain all customer prices, transportation costs, fuel surcharge costs and other surcharges or fees in SAP. Guarantees the accuracy of the prices SAP.
- Maintains price database, including confirmation of new products and pricing, and / or new routes and pricing with account sales managers. Coordinates price communication and standardization for account managers.
- Conduct daily review of pricing requests from customer service and process in a timely manner.
- Maintain pricing request mailbox and an official record of price changes for internal and external audit purposes.
- Responsible for tracking, maintaining and updating all surcharges, tariffs, freight costs, etc in SAP.
- Update SAP calculations for Warehouse Fuel Surcharge monthly, and fuel surcharge scales in SAP weekly for trucks and monthly for rail transportation.
- Prepare Pricelist files for Sales and Customer Service teams on request, but mainly in preparation for quarterly and annual price changes.
- Responsible for proper importation of major price changes in SAP for new price implementation.
- Implement and verify an internal audit system to confirm price changes have been uploaded correctly.
- Validate SAP pricing against Commercial Agreements by running routine checks.
- Run pricing analysis as requested by Commercial Directors and Supply Chain Management (quarterly and annual comparisons including variations in all component charges).
- Works on various projects assigned based on departmental needs
- Other assigned tasks as directed.
- B.S. Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Accounting
- Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in data entry and management.
- Proficient knowledge and demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google applications.
- Proficient knowledge and demonstrated skills in ERP applications (SAP a definite plus).
- Must be proficient in using email.
