We are expanding and adding another year-round, permanent position in Missoula MT. This position will include a variety of work including warehouse work, parts entry, inventory management, and rubber fabrication. We are fast-paced, customer-centric and collaborative.

This position will include a variety of work including warehouse work, parts entry, inventory management, and rubber fabrication.

Warehouse/Parts Job Duties

· Work well with other team members

· Shipping and receiving parts

· Deliveries

· Perform light fabrication

· Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working order

· Maintain trucks and forklifts

· Maintain shop supplies

· Work in a manner that ensures the safety of everyone involved

· Work in the warehouse and yard

· Be able to run a forklift and other equipment

· Customer service

· Answer phone calls

· Process parts orders for customers

· Quote parts to customers

· Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur

· Provide service technicians with parts as required

· Assist parts manager and outside sales personnel with parts related queries

· Assist customer that come to the store

· Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently

· Maintaining inventory levels

· Make occasional parts runs

· Be cross trained in many areas of the company

Warehouse/Parts Job Requirements:

· Experience is preferred

· Basic math skills

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

· Pass random drug and alcohol screens

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Present themselves in a professional manor

· Ability to learn quickly during trainings

· Strong understanding of parts diagrams

· Efficient in researching parts manuals

· Effective in managing vendor relations

· Ability to lift 75lbs
