Role Description

We are seeking energetic, technology savvy individuals for a full-time solar sales position in the New Jersey Metropolitan Area. You will be working with different state and federal programs in NJ, NY, and PA. These offerings will allow homeowners no-money-down solar solutions. With state and federal incentives covering 50-60% of costs, switching to solar has never been more affordable.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be consulting with homeowners interested in learning more about solar energy. We are seeking in-home sales professionals. Each role will help fulfill our mission of "Delivering Trust, Stability, and Energy Independence for Reliable Electricity Pricing"

Primary responsibility as a Solar Sales Consultant: Run company appointments to help homeowners convert their home to solar energy.

On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $240,000, based on performance. This is a commission-only position.

Qualifications:

- 2 Years of Sales Experience or 1 Year of In-home Sales Experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Great with computers and technology.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed..

- Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

- Reliable transportation and ability to work in various weather conditions.
