What You’ll Do:

- Install solar racking, modules, wiring, and inverters on residential & commercial projects.

- Work with lead installers and electricians to ensure high-quality, code-compliant installs.

- Maintain site safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.

- Travel out-of-state for special projects (all expenses paid).

What We’re Looking For:

- Construction, roofing, or electrical experience preferred.

- Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and with safety equipment.

- Strong work ethic and team mindset.

- Willingness to travel when needed (short-term and long term trips).

- NABCEP, OSHA 10/30, or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
