Residential Solar Installer

(this is not a per diem/travelling job. Subcontractor opportunity considered.)

U.S. Energy Solutions is looking for Experienced Residential Solar Installer/ Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of residential solar installation.

We are looking for versatile technicians with ability to install on a roof and troubleshoot systems.

We offer the latest technology for solar and energy storage systems with a comprehensive energy efficiency product line. U.S. Energy Solutions is a licensed and insured electrical contractor.

Duties:

· Install and/or remove solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to established guidelines and safety procedures

· Use power tools and equipment to secure panels in place

· Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring and connections

· Perform fixture installation, including mounting inverters, meters, and other necessary components

· Ensure panels are properly aligned and positioned for maximum sunlight exposure

· Test and troubleshoot solar systems to ensure proper functioning

· Maintain a clean and organized work area. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Installers are expected:

- to be comfortable working at high elevations, with a ladder and on sloped roofs.

- to communicate effectively with customers, the field supervisor, and the sales team.

- to be responsible when driving company owned vehicles, organizing and keeping clean all work environments, and follow proper safety and organizational protocols.

- to be team players who actively contribute in order to complete tasks and meet production goals

For the right experienced candidate, we have several levels of compensation based on personal experience and performance. The compensation level will be based on the candidate’s experience.
