THE OPPORTUNITY:

SAVKAT, Connecticut's top-rated residential solar installation company, is seeking experienced Residential Solar Installers to join our skilled team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of solar energy across Connecticut, working within a supportive, safety-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install residential rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems ranging from 4 kW to 30+ kW.

- Accurately follow blueprints, site plans, and electrical schematics to ensure high-quality, compliant installations.

- Execute installations on various roof types (asphalt shingle, metal, EPDM/TPO), properly sealing all penetrations.

- Collaborate efficiently within a cohesive team, maintaining safety protocols and ensuring timely project completion.

- Maintain professional communication with team members and project management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to safely use ladders and power tools.

- Mechanical aptitude and basic carpentry knowledge.

- Understanding of building and safety codes.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Experience in solar installation or relevant roofing/carpentry skills is preferred.
