As a Solar Installer, you’ll be at the forefront of Alberta’s renewable energy boom, installing residential solar systems with a team of skilled professionals. This is a physically active role requiring comfort with heights, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Install solar panels, racking, and electrical components on residential rooftops
- Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and PPE requirements
- Assist electricians with wiring and electrical work
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Travel outside Edmonton to complete projects if needed

- We pay in a piece rate structure with bonuses and additional hourly rate work opportunities. Installers should make $65,000 a year at minimum. Higher earnings are possible for skilled workers that are consistent with their attendance. Please write that you acknowledge our pay structure.
