Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solar Installer to join our growing Arizona team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in solar installation and battery systems, with a focus on Enphase, Tesla Powerwall, and Franklin whole-home batteries.

You will lead a professional installation crew, ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards, and act as the on-site expert for system integration and commissioning.

Responsibilities

- Lead residential solar and battery installations from start to finish

- Oversee and train roof and electrical helpers

- Commission systems including Enphase, Tesla Powerwall, and Franklin WH

- Verify system configurations, wiring, and safety compliance

- Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting when needed

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and inspectors

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Requirements

- 5+ years of solar installation experience (residential focus preferred)

- Experience with Enphase, Tesla Powerwall, and Franklin whole-home battery systems

- Strong understanding of NEC codes and safety protocols

- Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural plans

- Valid driver’s license with clean record

- Leadership and communication skills for managing installation teams
