Solar Installation Coordinator

Duties

- Coordinate all aspects of solar panel installation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site management

- Collaborate with electricians, contractors, roofers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution

- Review blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to verify installation requirements and site layouts

- Ensure compliance with safety standards

- Order material needed for every project and ensure it is delivered on time

- Facilitate communication between team members and operations to keep projects on track and address any issues promptly

Skills

- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for solar systems and electrical layouts

- Hands-on experience with fixture installation, wiring techniques, and electrical troubleshooting

- Experience working on construction or roofing sites with an understanding of construction processes and site safety practices

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively

- Strong communication skills to liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
