Skilled Trades – Minesite

We’re building a trusted, vetted call list of competent down day personnel across multiple trades, including laborers, welders, mechanics, millwrights, and similar roles. We support Alaska’s most critical gold mines and call from this list on short notice when down day work opens up. These jobs don’t run every week, but when they do, positions are filled fast and vetted workers are contacted directly with priority access before the work is publicly posted.

Responsibilities

- Perform trade-specific and general labor duties around large, loud industrial equipment

- Complete physically demanding tasks during long shifts

- Follow all mine site safety procedures

- Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area

- Assist with jobsite tasks as directed by site supervisors

- Safely operate tools and equipment as required

Requirements

- Comfortable in industrial mine environments

- Valid driver’s license

- Must pass a background check and drug screening

- Reliable and able to respond on short notice
