- $18.00 - $21.00 to start depending on experience, up to $2.00 raise at 90 days

- 40 hours of PTO after 90 days

- Medical insurance as low as $10 per week

- Monday through Friday with OT and Saturdays as needed

- 1st or 2nd shift available

What You'll Do:

- Work Indoor and/or outdoor year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment

- Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers

- Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type

- Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads

- Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or skilled labor experience required

- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes)

- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
