The Role

We’re looking for a Skilled Laborer to support our valve and wellhead operations out of our Edmonton facility. This is a hands-on position—you’ll be working alongside experienced technicians, assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in both shop and field settings. If you’re the kind of person who shows up ready to work, picks things up quickly, and wants to build a real career in the industry, this is your starting point.

What You’ll Do

- Assist technicians with valve and wellhead equipment installation and servicing.

- Perform mechanical tasks including cleaning, assembling, and disassembling components.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures—no shortcuts.

What You Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in oilfield, mechanical, or industrial labor.

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with valve and wellhead equipment.

- Safety certifications (e.g., H2S Alive, CSO, First aid).
