Administer the site training program by coordinating with site management & NOLA Performance Development to identify training requirements, process training requests for service, coordinate with M&O subject matter experts and off-site vendors, scheduling training, ensure attendance and maintain training records. Update and maintain filing system and SAP Portal to ensure accuracy of records and training information. Maintain OJT programs, and ensure WADS are met as pertaining to on-site training requirements. Make updates and keep current the Site Training Calendar and assist with the other Site Calendars as needed. Coordinate Performance Improvements activities on site such as the Joint Performance Management Council Meeting, joint team participation, DOE self assessment. Participate on Quality Teams as a joint effort with NOLA and site personnel. Assist NOLA PD with various training tasks as requested. May serve as Site WebEOC Administrator & function in Site EOC/ICS Role according to NIMS.
REQUIRED: Associates degree in Office Administration/Business and 3 years experience in an office environment OR HS Diploma and 5 years of progressive administrative support experience. Knowledge of computerized Learning Management System. Must be willing and able to travel when required. Experience in using office software and data management systems. Proficient user of MS office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must have strong oral and written communication skills as position involves daily interactions with a broad spectrum of employees. DESIRED: Experience in training, human resources or other related field is preferred. Functional knowledge of administrative support of training programs is highly desirable. Previous experience in SharePoint, PeopleSoft, SAP or other database management system is preferred.
