We are seeking a Temporary Site Support Coordinator to join our Green Pastures site team. This role will report to the HR department and provide on-the-ground support for various HR and administrative activities. The position will serve as the primary HR contact on site, supporting onboarding, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, and maintaining strong communication between the site team and the HR department.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Support new hire onboarding activities on site, including document collection, orientation coordination, and first-day logistics, including:
- Coordinating equipment shipment to ensure it arrives on time for technicians.
- Ensuring new hires receive their PPE and uniforms prior to their start date.
- Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees, escalating issues or concerns to the HR team as needed.
- Maintaining inventory for the site.
- Coordinate with site leadership to ensure smooth communication between HR and operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the site team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence, training, shipping.
- Previous experience in HR, office administration, or site coordination preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
