Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation on 12 month contract. This position is open to candidates who reside within 150 km of the McIlvenna Bay site or who can travel using our company shuttle from Saskatoon or Prince Albert. No additional travel subsidy is provided.

The Site Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage all site logistics to support operational and construction activities. Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient worker transportation, accommodation, and site access, while maintaining compliance with safety, privacy, and operational standards. Site Logistics Coordinator requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between camp management, transportation providers, contractors, and site administration teams.
- Manage all site logistics, including gate passes, room bookings, and coach/shuttle transportation.
- Develop and maintain shuttle schedules based on operational and construction needs, optimizing costs and workforce efficiency.
- Manage the bus company contract and oversee day-to-day transportation requirements.
- Collaborate with Camp Management (MBC) to coordinate room availability, assignments, efficient check-in/check-out processes and room readiness.
- Serve as primary administrator for the camp software system, including user training, profile maintenance, and system updates.
- Support site administrators with onboarding logistics for new hires and contractors, including travel, accommodation, and site access.
- Monitor and report on logistics metrics such as occupancy levels and transportation utilization to support planning and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with site access protocols, safety procedures, and privacy standards when handling personnel information.
- Assist with emergency response planning and execution, including evacuation coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, room assignments, and logistics activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and camp management to ensure seamless logistical support for operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve with operational needs.
- Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration, logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, camp management, or workforce transportation (mining or construction industry experience is an asset).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics, scheduling, or camp management software systems.
- Previous experience in remote camp environments and/or rotational mining projects considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors, employees, and management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing operational needs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in recordkeeping and compliance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and site access requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
We offer a competitive starting salary range of $60,000 - $70,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
