- Employee Engagement, Retention & Culture ProgramsYou’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and the driving force behind the HR function for your organization.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Prior HR leadership and multi-functional HR ownership experience
- Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments
- Thorough compliance knowledge of Federal, State and Local Employment Law.
- Strong employee relations, recruiting, and leadership coaching background
- HRIS and reporting/analytics experience
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
