Job Overview

We are seeking a Shop Help/ Manufacturing Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will supporting others and deeply involved with our manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about learning manufacturing, fabrication, and working with delicate materials in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for high potential individuals who wish to progress and develop their career with Crystal Tones.

Evaluation: A 90-day performance evaluation will be conducted prior to confirming long-term W-2 benefits.

Requirements

- Ability to listen and take direction.

- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes.

- Ability to learn and follow safety protocols related to handling delicate materials like quartz and glass in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Demands

- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor and stand for several hours at a time.

- Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a hot shop environment.

- Lifting: Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

- Agility: Ability to climb lattice/ladders and perform multiple varying tasks throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
