Kings Energy is currently seeking an individual to fill the challenging role of a Shipper/ Receiver in our Nisku, AB branch. This is a full time permanent position. The successful candidate will need to report to the Nisku, Alberta branch on a daily basis.

This is a dynamic position providing service to our entire organization and the first point of contact for our customers. The Shipper / Receiver is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments within our facility and for entering all information for receiving products and associated controls. This position requires strong customer service and computer skills to ensure accurate information is gathered and entered into job packages, prior to work and/ or services being performed on customer products. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to effectively work within a complex, fast-moving work environment under minimal supervision and with a high level of responsibility.
- Take Direction and fulfil responsibilities from the Branch Lead or designate.
- Work closely with the Branch and other company personnel to meet branch requirements
- Providing an exceptional counter service experience for customers picking up and dropping off items.
- Accurately logging information into Kings ERP systems for tracking.
- Responding to incoming inquiries from customers in a professional manner.
- Producing documentation, forms, reports regarding product information and condition.
- Delivering documented information to the proper department.
- Entering accurate information for receiving product and starting jobs within our programs.
- Scanning and attach documentation to jobs.
- Liaison for and communication with internal and external customers.
- Ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products.
- Picking and filling customer orders.
- Planning, organizing and scheduling daily and weekly inbound or outbound freight and international shipping
- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift.
- Pickup and delivery of parts and products to customers and for branch location as needed
- Initiating and performing inventory transfers.
- Inventory Management: Receiving, sorting, staging and verifying all materials ordered by purchasing.
- Complete regular reporting as established by the Finance department
- Shop housekeeping and maintenance as required
- Assist technicians in the shop as required
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 year Shipping and Receiving experience, preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean drivers abstract
- Strong computer skills: MS office suite and ERP Software
- Current Forklift and TDG certificates
- Experience in service writing and product inventory are definite assets.
- Experience with international shipping and receiving is also an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
