KLE, Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Shared Services Coordinator to support the Director of Corporate Operations in executing and refining cross-functional processes across inventory, training, purchasing, and IT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement and who can translate strategic vision into daily operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems for equipment and supplies
- Develop appropriate stock levels for frequently used equipment and material
- Coordinate replenishment and field distribution
- Support onboarding and compliance training logistics
- Maintain training records and assist with scheduling and content updates
- Manage employee and vendor communications and purchase order workflows
- Ensure timely approvals and alignment with budget protocols
- Support purchase efforts through sourcing high value equipment and materials that meet business needs
- Coordinate with internal and external IT support for troubleshooting and access
- Track hardware/software needs and assist with system navigation
- Create user logins during onboarding and other new access requests
- Carry out structured workflows and escalate issues appropriately
- Document procedures and suggest improvements for clarity and efficiency
- Highly organized and responsive
- Strong communicator and is able to follow direction and anticipate needs
- Collaborative and resourceful - thrives in a fast-paced, multi-domain environment
- Experience in operations, administration, or shared services preferred or recent university graduate with proven academic success
