Sales & Service Coordinator

Hiltz Propane Systems is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Coordinator. As a Sales & Service Coordinator you'll support our customers as well as our Sales, Service and Engineering departments. Candidate should have prior sales or service support experience.

The Company: Hiltz Propane Systems, Inc. constructs Propane Systems for bulk storage, commercial, or industrial uses in the Eastern United States. We are an established, privately owned Company with experts in the propane field on staff.

The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the Sales, Service, and Engineering teams with administrative tasks, managing sales orders and invoices, and ensuring smooth communication between Hiltz and the customer.

The Location: This position would be working in our new office in Marietta, PA.

Occasional travel may require site visits for meetings or project review in a construction environment.

The Position: We’re looking for an experienced Sale & Service Coordinator. This is an hourly position starting at $20 / hour, wage based on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customer sales and service appointments and site visits.

- Assist in developing Service Technicians schedules.

- Handle initial inbound sales and service requests from customers.

- Support sales team with lead tracking and follow-up.

- Provide leadership with regular updates of sales performance and metrics.

- Participate in weekly departmental meetings.

- Manager advertising materials including brochures, industry publications and video libraries.

- Planning for annual trade shows and exhibitions.

- Ensure engineering licenses and regional association memberships are renewed and up to date.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in clerical/administrative setting.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment.

- Minimum 1 year experience with scheduling/routing/dispatching service technicians or sales support.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year experience using CRM.

- Dispatching software a plus.

- Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent.
