What You'll Do•Supervise & guide field technicians.
•Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters.
•Review estimates & workflow created by CSR(s).
•Maintain Technician’s Factory Training Requirements.
•Interprets and enforces OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
•Schedule service personnel for on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
•Interview, screen, & select future service employees.
•Purchasing parts & order management.
•Ensure invoices are accurate, and payment terms are met.
What You'll Bring
•4+ Years in the standby generator service industry.
•Knowledgeable & skilled in the proper diagnostics, repair, and operation of automatic transfer switches & generators.
•Proven ability to produce documentation to a professional standard.
•Experience generating repair estimates.
•Experience sourcing aftermarket parts.
