ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?
At least five years of experience in customer service leadership or management is ideal. Experience in the plumbing industry or a similar home service or trade industry is preferred. Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is also a plus.
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This full-time position offers a consistent work schedule from
8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Enjoy a structured workday that allows you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life.
In your role as Customer Service Manager, you will manage and develop the customer service team, overseeing daily operations while coaching staff to maintain high standards. You will handle escalations and resolve conflicts efficiently, ensuring open communication and collaboration across departments to meet customer needs. Monitoring customer feedback, you will own the customer experience and track key performance indicators, leading initiatives to implement continuous improvements. Additionally, you will develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficiently managing calls, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups, including handling emergency or after-hours services.
