Are you a technically savvy, hands-on engineer with a passion for turning design into real-world performance? We're looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead the execution, validation, and optimization of our Smart Valve installations across Canada and the U.S.

You’ll act as the bridge between engineering and execution—partnering with client technical teams, leading field operations, and owning data-backed validation of water savings.

- Own the Field: Oversee installations, conduct site assessments, and ensure all work meets our highest engineering and quality standards.
- Set the Standard: Develop SOPs and best practices for consistent, high-quality installations and troubleshooting across borders.
- Prove the Impact: Lead the measurement & verification (M&V) of water savings. Analyze pre/post data and adjust for occupancy, production, and seasonal variation to ensure defensible performance metrics.
- Train the Team: Develop training materials and upskill installers and field teams, raising the bar across the board.
- Solve in Real Time: Provide responsive, technical troubleshooting—both remotely and onsite—ensuring smooth installs and lasting results.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 5+ years of technical project management or engineering experience—ideally in fluid mechanics, HVAC, or plumbing systems.- ️ Practical knowledge of plumbing systems, including threaded, flanged, and grooved piping.
- Strong collaborator with experience aligning diverse teams: sales, field ops, installers, and clients.
- Excellent communication skills—you can simplify the complex and inspire confidence.
- Proficiency in data analysis, measurement & verification, and statistical modeling.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
