We are currently seeking a Service Support Manager to join our growing Tulsa team and help us continue delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. The service Support Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Sales PMA department. This includes leading a team of PMA and Contract Renewal Specialists, ensuring Services Sales Rep and Internal Departments receive Prompt and efficient communication and support.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured processes while resolving data-related discrepancies. The ideal candidate is process-driven, dependable, and able to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.
Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
