The Big Task You will coordinate an ideal HVAC service department

Key Sub Tasks

•

Support field technicians with parts, estimates and recommendations.

•

Dispatch Service technicians and ensure they have needed parts.

•

Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department

•

Track performance of technicians with innovative software that's easy to manage.

•

Ensure Residential Projects are completed smoothly, on time, with quality and with clients satisfaction.

•

Follow Warranty credits and returns.

•

Plan and Coordinate whole week for technicians to stay busy

•

Generate and analyze reports weekly

•

Daily review service tickets for accuracy, additional sales and proper billings.

•

Review/ Follow up with customer service daily.

•

Answer the phone and schedule calls as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

•

Possess the ability to use computer very effectively, Excel, Word, Outlook

•

Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.

•

Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus

•

Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
