We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Position: Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator
Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
•Working in an office and warehouse setting
•Answering Incoming calls
•Scheduling annual maintenance calls
•Scheduling sales appointments
•Date entry for parts ordering and updating customer database information
•Inventory controlputting away parts shipments
•Receiving materials and checking serial numbers
•Supporting field techs by occasionally delivering parts
•Must be able to climb on ladder
•Casual work environment, jeans and closed-toe shoes
Qualifications:
•High school Diploma or equivalent
•Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
•2 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, inventory, or combination of experience and education.
•Stellar customer service skills
•Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
•Experience with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel
•CRM Data base experience
•Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
