This is a full-time, in-office position with room for growth, offering a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40-hour workweek).
We are looking for someone assertive, hardworking, and eager to learn quickly. You will receive training to support your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities
•Order supplies, and complete related administrative duties
•Provide real-time scheduling support by booking and organizing appointments to prevent conflicts
•Receive calls, take messages, and route calls while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor
•Produce and distribute correspondence memos and emails
•Track sign in and out sheet
•Complete other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent
•3+ year experience in a customer service dispatcher environment
•Dispatching experience strongly preferred (especially HVAC)
•Administrative experience strongly preferred
