Because of our continued customer growth, we are adding an additional full-time Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
Our Service Coordinator will help restaurants, farms, breweries, medical facilities, and other industry partners solve their critical HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment service needs. This position is the primary touchpoint for customers and manages the schedules for our commercial HVAC/R technicians. Our Service Coordinators make sure we keep our team of Heroes engaged and working together for our customers so we can Save Their Day.

As much as we love what we do, we know a career as a Service Coordinator isn’t for everyone. This position requires the ability and desire to connect with customers and technicians to part of the team that “Saves Their Day”. Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities is also vital. To be considered for an interview, candidates must be ready to:
● Pleasantly and Professionally Manage Customer Requests as the first point of contact for incoming calls. This role is also the primary organizer of multiple service technicians’ schedules. Keep customers informed of timelines and balance customer priorities and needs. We are passionate about customer satisfaction!
● Accurately Record Customer Requests to make sure we are meeting customers’ needs and Close out Work Orders to validate that technicians have documented the needed information for our customers. By keeping this data accurate our team will be on the same page, and we can all follow through for our customers.
● Follow-Up with Customers if there are changes in the daily and weekly schedule. Our schedule can change depending on priority and availability, we need to make sure that our customers know what to expect. Additionally, our Service Coordinators keep customers informed on pending estimates and repairs so they know the status and options for their equipment. Once the work is complete, our team also follows up to make sure that we met or exceeded our customers' expectations.

● High school diploma or equivalent. We’re living proof that apprenticeships, real-life and on-the-job experience, and strong learning fundamentals can pave the way to (lots of) successful careers.
● Strong computer skills. We use ServiceTitan to manage our Operations and the Microsoft Office Suite to keep connected as a team.
● A positive, healthy attitude. All candidates must possess and maintain a clean and clear driving record, background check, and drug tests.
● A desire to live in or around Greer, South Carolina. And, yes, this job is worth moving for!
