- Lead multiple, concurrent technology initiatives, providing end‑to‑end oversight from solution investigation through delivery and closure
- Partner with Business, IT, and third‑party stakeholders to clarify problems to be solved, define expected outcomes, and confirm project scope and deliverables
- Define the most appropriate delivery approach and develop integrated project plans encompassing resourcing, financials, scheduling, risk, and communications in alignment with organizational delivery frameworks
- Provide transformational and innovation‑focused leadership throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions deliver intended business value
- Ensure all project plans and deliverables align with applicable IT standards, organizational policies, and vendor contracts
- Influence and negotiate resource assignments, priorities, and vendor timelines to support successful delivery in a matrixed environment
- Assign, track, and manage deliverables, tasks, schedules, and resources, applying disciplined monitoring and control practices
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating as appropriate
- Manage change within scope and sphere of influence, securing alignment and support from stakeholders while maintaining momentum and delivery focus
- Advanced project leadership capability, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across diverse, cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess complex situations and develop practical, value focused solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven capacity to manage competing priorities, complexity, and ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline
- Strategic planning and organizational skills that enable effective governance, forecasting, and execution
- Post‑secondary education in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT projects in corporate, cross functional, and vendor supported environments- Experience applying enterprise project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies. PMP certification is required
