We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Systems Architectto lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of enterprise systems, applications, and business processes. This strategic role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are
scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in
enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), DevOps practices, relational database management systems (RDBMS), and legacy system modernization using TDD approaches. This individual will provide architectural leadership, guide modernization initiatives, and mentor technical teams across high-visibility programs.
- Develop and maintain
enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and technical blueprints
- Design and implement
scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
- Conduct
systems analysis, requirements gathering, and gap assessments
- Translate business requirements into detailed
technical specifications and architecture designs
- Lead legacy system modernization and migration initiatives using
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
- Provide architectural guidance for
system integration, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
- Review code, configurations, and system designs to ensure compliance with standards
- Design and administer
relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
- Recommend appropriate
DBMS solutions
based on system requirements
- Support
DevOps initiatives
using Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and related tools
- Facilitate architecture workshops and present technical findings to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with
security, regulatory, and performance standards
- Mentor junior architects and analysts
- Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain detailed technical and database documentation
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience inenterprise architecture, systems analysis, or IT leadership
- Strong knowledge of
enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing
enterprise-level IT solutions
- Proficiency in
Azure cloud platform
(preferred)
- Strong experience with
SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Docker, Jenkins, GitLab (DevOps/CI-CD pipelines)
- VersionOne or other Agile work management tools
- Extensive experience with
relational DBMS administration and performance tuning
- Postgres (required)
- Oracle, SQL Server, or other DBMS platforms (preferred)
- Experience with
database job control, security, validation, access methods, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently lead mission-critical initiatives
- Experience modifying or migrating legacy systems
- Familiarity with multiple DBMS platforms and database governance
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
- Experience producing enterprise-level database administration policies and standards
- Knowledge of IT governance and compliance best practices
