Saddle River Roofing is a fast-growing, family-owned company built on hard work, integrity, and top-tier customer service. We're looking for a rockstar Scheduling Coordinator / Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations on track and our office running like a well-oiled machine.
Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role where you’ll manage appointment scheduling, support our sales and production teams, and take on various assistant-level responsibilities. From organizing calendars to tidying up the office to creating flyers—we need someone who can wear multiple hats and keep things moving.
Responsibilities:
•Confirm homeowner appointments set by canvassers and sales reps
•Manage daily and weekly scheduling for sales
•Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment details
•Update and maintain records in our CRM system
•Answer phones, respond to emails.
•Assist with office upkeep: organizing supplies, keeping the space tidy, managing mail, etc.
•Create basic flyers, forms, and other light marketing materials (Canva or similar tools)
•Support leadership with miscellaneous tasks and project coordination
•Assist with tracking jobs, permits, and supplier follow-ups
•Provide backup support to other departments when needed
What We're Looking For:
•Previous experience in administrative, scheduling, or assistant roles
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Canva
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
•Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Schedule:
•Monday–Friday, in-office
