We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate and manage scheduling tasks within our office.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
•Schedule all new jobs and coordinate insulation repair appointments efficiently.
•Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint — phone, email, and in-person.
•Monitor and respond to the scheduling email inbox promptly and accurately.
•Enter new jobs into the system accurately, including verifying correct pricing and job details.
•Ensure all job entries are complete and up to date before dispatch.
•Communicate clearly with team members, customers, and technicians to ensure scheduling accuracy.
•Maintain and update scheduling systems and calendars.
•Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
•Keep detailed and organized records of all appointments and changes.
•Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
