Role Overview: As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be essential in maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship. You'll manage scheduling procedures, liaising with clients, contractors, designers, project managers, and our sales/production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily operations of fabrication and installation processes.
•Coordinate project timelines and resources according to weekly schedules.
•Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
•1-2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project management, preferred.
•Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
•Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
