What you'll do as an Office Coordinator Perform assigned tasks related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. data entry, making copies, ordering office supplies, etc.). Facilitate orientation for new employees. Prepare billing. Input data into front end systems. Maintain a neat and orderly office environment. Who we are looking for… You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. You are proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite. You demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to try new things. You are willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed. You are able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift. Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. Standing - less than 2 hours daily. Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily. Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily. Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely. Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
