Sandblaster/Powder Coater

Job Overview

We are looking to hire someone with good work ethics. Willing to learn the trade and be part of our team. This role involves preparing surfaces, such as, sandblasting and applying powder coatings, The Powder Coater will work with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed.

- Monitor the curing process to ensure proper adhesion and durability of coatings.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members in the fabrication and assembly processes as needed.

Skills

- Forklift experience a plus, but not a necessity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
