We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team to assist with sandblasting, painting, and general labour duties. This role involves working with specialized equipment, performing barn and structure painting, and carrying out a variety of general labour tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist with sandblasting and painting projects using equipment provided

- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to painting

- Perform barn painting and other exterior/interior structure work

- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Carry out general labour tasks as required (e.g., site cleanup, material handling)

- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in painting, sandblasting, or general construction labour is an asset but not required (training provided)

- Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely

- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

- Physically fit and able to lift/move materials as needed
