Overview
The Sales Ops Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lead generation, generating sales reports and analyzing data and providing sales support. This role is crucial for enhancing customer relationships and improving sales performance.
- Lead Management: Capturing and managing all leads from various sources (call-in, builder, social media, etc.) until they are converted into customers including calling, processing, monitoring and categorizing leads and:
- Qualifying leads (facilitate an effective process of sales lead qualification)
- Scheduling sales appointments
- Maintaining Sales Rep schedule/calendar
- Capturing new customer set-up in CRM system
- Tracking interactions and status and following up as needed until lead disposition is complete (converted to sale, disqualified or requires further nurturing).
- Reporting: Generate reports on sales metrics, including sales revenue, sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage and optimize sales tracking systems
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to help drive sales strategy.
- Sales Support:
- Managing the Sales Team Dispatch Board.
- Assist Sales Leadership in implementing and training on sales tools, etc.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-function teams and maintaining regular communication with sales team on rescheduled appointments, cancellations, etc.
- Customer Relations:
- Answering customer questions
- Other duties as assigned, within the scope and general level of responsibility aligned to this role.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a related role.
- Familiarity with sales process and customer relationship management
- Experience using sales technology platforms
- Experience in data analysis
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, address needs and resolve issues. clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports on sales metrics, providing insights to the sales team that can improve overall sales performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly collaborative and team oriented, with the capacity to work cross-functionally with various departments.
