We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility providing support, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various management tasks, and have a customer-focused mindset.
- Customer service - phone and in person orders
- Shipping/receiving - inventory control
- Facility support - schedule fleet and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative functions by managing correspondence and documentation .
- Research and order repair/replacement parts for shop equipment
- Place special orders with vendors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service or support roles, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Preferred skills: Ability to read a tape measure, knowledge of welding practices, mechanical aptitude, forklift operation, carpentry or electrical skills.- Dental insurance
