The Position:

We are looking for people who know the D2D sales business and have an

entrepreneurial mindset. People who are competitive and self-motivated. We will recruit

and build your team to cover the assigned area. New managers typically earn between

$80,000 and $100,000 in their first year. Our seasoned managers can expect to earn

$120,000+

Responsibilities:

 Help people save money by owning permanent lighting on their homes.

 Manage and train new reps.

 Generate and set appointments.

 Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best

practices.

 Become an expert who understands how permanent lighting works and benefits.

 Must adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our

community, and each other.

Must be able to hold interviews and hire on the spot.

Job Type: Part-time +

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

 Monday to Friday

 Weekend availability.
