What You’ll Do:

•

Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers to grow your team.

•

Train and mentor reps to engage homeowners, spark conversations, and book appointments for our sales team.

•

Plan and assign strategic canvassing routes to maximize lead generation.

•

Motivate your team with energy, enthusiasm, and goal-driven leadership.

•

Track performance, analyze results, and constantly improve strategies for success.

•

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and big wins!
