NomoHub is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps contractors, roofers, and solar sales teams streamline their operations, generate more leads, and close deals faster. We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for running product demos, guiding prospects through our 14-day trial, and converting them into paid accounts. Your efforts will directly fuel NomoHub’s growth by adding new companies each month and driving our trajectory toward net new revenue. - Conduct live product demos and guide prospects through a 14-day trial.
- Convert trials into paid accounts by delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve target conversion rates: 30–40% demo-to-trial and 70–80% trial-to-paid.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in internal company CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and 90-day retention.
- Share prospect feedback with marketing and product teams to improve the customer journey.
- 1–3 years of inside sales or SDR/BDR experience (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills.
- Coachable, data-driven, and motivated by clear KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bonus: Familiarity with contractors, solar, roofing, or home-service trades.
