Responsibilities - Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. - Conduct retail sales presentations to showcase our products and services. - Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development. - Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications. - Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify additional needs. - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements - Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an asset. - Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. - Strong account management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. - Experience in inside sales or technical sales is advantageous. - Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining customer relationships. - Demonstrated ability in business development, identifying new opportunities for growth. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. - A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
