We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Data Processor to join our Clearwater office. This position supports the sales operations team by managing and verifying customer data, reporting hourly sales results, and ensuring that accurate information is entered into our systems in real time. The ideal candidate is focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Look up and provide customer data to sales agents in real time throughout the day.
- Verify that customer data is accurate and ready for distribution.
- Enter orders and related information from the sales team into the CRM system.
- Report hourly sales performance data to key members of the management team.
- Communicate with team members to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Windows operating system
- CRM software (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in data entry, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
