Overview
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational efficiency of the entire sales organization, including Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing. This role drives revenue growth through forecasting, performance tracking, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration—with a strong emphasis on systems like NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Optimize tools, systems, and workflows to improve sales cycle efficiency.
- Develop and report on KPIs to monitor pipeline health and team productivity.
- Own the sales pipeline and forecasting process in coordination with leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales operations and resource needs.
- Coordinate and conduct market research and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development across the sales organization.
- Lead marketing initiatives aligned with sales strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years in sales operations or management, with 3+ years in leadership.- Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and CRM/ERP platforms.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving operational systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience in B2B, technical, or construction-related industries preferred.
- Base salary plus competitive per-project commission incentive. ($75,000k-$110,000k)
- Prolonged periods of desk/computer work.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
- Travel by car or plane and ability to man trade show booths.
