We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Direct Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The Role:
As a Direct Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through professional and efficient telephone and email communication. This role is vital for building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Manage calls and emails from new and existing customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and/or refer complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. We are currently using ActiveCampaign.
- Work closely with the sales team to support strategic campaigns and assist with administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Starting at $20/hr.
- Medical stipend, holidays and paid time off after 6-month probationary period.
