We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. This role combines administrative duties with sales support, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our sales processes.
-Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
-Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting.
- Manage the calendar and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager/Director.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the sales team.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.
- Proven experience in sales administration or as a personal assistant, ideally within a sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service.
