•We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with a strong customer service focus to support our sales team and ensure excellent client experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales follow-up, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department.
•Assist customers by phone, email, or in person with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general service questions
•Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes, entering orders, and updating CRM systems
•Follow up with customers on quotes, deliveries, and satisfaction
•Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
•Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
•Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions and new offerings
•Track inventory levels and communicate availability to customers and sales reps
•Coordinate with internal departments (shipping, finance, etc.) to resolve issues
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
•Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
